How to Feel Connected Inspired & Alive in 2018

We grow the most when we are inspired.

When we feel alive.

We do this when we consciously surround ourselves with people who reflect the positive aspects of who we are and also hold qualities we are working towards.

Ultimately, you can only get so far in life on your own.

Life is about connecting And creating with others.

Within each of us there is light and energy to share with the world. I believe this wholeheartedly. It often just takes the right person, or people, to draw it out.

There simply must be willingness on your part. A Willingness to let go.  A willingness to succeed. A willingness to fail. And ultimately, a willingness to pick yourself up and dust yourself off and to carry on. Beyond that we all have what it takes.

Look around you. Everywhere all around us people are claiming the truth of who they are. There essence. There joy. This could just as easily be you…Life is meant to be lived. This is the reason we are here.

What are you waiting for?

The confidence to do this ultimately comes down to how we feel about ourselves.

In 2018 regardless of if your goal is:

  • Losing weight or being healthier
  • Financial gains
  • Transitioning jobs
  • Changing relationships
  • Or something else….

Success ultimately comes down to one thing. At the core of who you are,

How do you FEEL about yourself?

What thoughts and beliefs are you holding on to when you look in the mirror?

I mentioned willingness above.

As we set goals, most all of us are willing, especially in the beginning, as we approach a change. But often, we end up giving up when we face a challenge. Falling back into old habits. Old routines. And old patterns.

Giving up is comfortable.

Its easy.  And ultimately, we can hide from real change in this safe place.

You may say, “Sarah, I am willing but I feel sad inside.” Or, I feel poorly about myself, for this reason or the other. Or the change I know I need to make seems overwhelming. Do you want to know a secret….

If you can get your energy levels up. Your vibrancy up. Your Light Shiny. Your self-perception will naturally improve. And even the most insurmountable overwhelming change begins to look easier. And your perception shifts.

And How YOU judge you. Will follow.

This 100% gives you the focus and energy to move forward with your goals.

Start small.

So, how do you do it?

The #1 way to improve your energy level is to focus on your diet and how you are fueling your body!

The #2 way is to get moving people!

You may be saying to yourself

I’ve tried dieting before and it was so hard, nice idea Sarah! The key truly is to approach health not like dieting AT ALL. It is to approach it as a lifestyle. And it does not have to be difficult or complicated. I embrace health as a lifestyle and have done so for years.

Nutrition is the biggest key to balance.

I would love to share with you what I am doing. Ponder on these questions….

  • How do you want to honor and respect your body?
  • How can you set an example for others  – for your children?
  • How can you work towards becoming the best version of yourself you can?
  • How do you want to see yourself in 1 year – 2 years – 10 years?
  • And ultimately How do you feel right now and how do you want to feel?
    • NOT how do you look
    • But how do you feel

Honestly, there are a few small immediate and simple changes you can make so you don’t have to diet. So you can work good nutrition and choices into your day instead.

It is true – to really charge your health in a meaningful way requires a commitment to take personal accountability for yourself – on all fronts. For a lot of people this can be so overwhelming, most people, the media, and diets set you up for failure. But honestly it does not have to be like this. What I am suggesting is there is a simpler way – and I would like to share it with you.

Here are the basic things I follow to keep my mind, body and heart happy. Nutrition to me encompasses being intentional with the energy we put into out body, our minds and our hearts each and every day.

Here are the basic things I do.

Sarah’s 7 Tips to Success

  1. Surround yourself with what inspires you in your daily activities
  2. Surround yourself with people who believe in who you are
    1. Join a Community/Communities that encourages your goals
      • Both online and locally
    2. Actively seek out mentors
      • As your goals evolve, continue to seek out new people
  3. Drink water
  4. Eat Reasonably
  5. Commit to some form of grounding activity that slows you down
    1. Meditation/Yoga/Gardening/Walking In Nature
  6. Be Intentional In doing small things each day that make you happy
  7. Use High Density Nutritional Supplements to support your nutrition and lifestyle

That’s It. It really is that simple.

These very small things will give you the energy and inspiration to move forward with your goals. When you feel vibrant. Feel Connected to Live and Feel Alive. It is SO much easier to commit to the bigger things.

The real trick lies in raising your vibration. Your energy. To bring it to a place that supports you in achieving your dreams. To heal your body from the inside out. And the absolute Best way to do this is through nutrition and self care.

This does not have to be a difficult process.

When we have the energy we need physically, it is a heck of a lot easier to not give up on ourselves in the process! Healthy is 80% about Nutrition and 20% about exercise.
